Abstract


Salah satu implementasi Internet of Things (IoT) dibidang pertanian adalah smart irrigation untuk memantau  dan mengendalikan kelembaban tanah menggunakan smartphone melalui jaringan internet. Sistem irrigasi menjadi aspek utama pada lahan pertanian yang akan mempengaruhi kualitas hasil panen. Jika kelembaban tanah tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman akan sangat menganggu pertumbuhan tanaman hingga tanaman rusak dan mati. Sehingga sangat diperlukan sistem kendali kelembaban tanah untuk menjaga kelembaban sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengendalikan dan memantau kelembaban tanah pada sistem irrigasi berbasis Wireless Sensor Network dengan dua buah sensor node. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor kelembaban tanah YL 39. Kalibrasi sensor kelembaban tanah menggunakan metode Grafimetric Water Content dengan membandingkan berat air dan tanah. Hasil pengukuran sensor ditampilkan pada smartphone menggunakan interface aplikasi Blynk sebagai sistem monitoring.
