Abstract


The purpose of this study is to look at various cooperative problems that can be identified for the development of the cooperative economy. The method used in this research is interviews with research partners. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the goals of the cooperative, especially regarding cooperative members who are not employees of Mustika Gold. Some of the limitations in the management are the cooperative management which only has 10 people and the average educated members are high school graduates, the limited financial management of the cooperative and the limited access to data on borrowers in the cooperative. In the future, these limitations need to be corrected in order to support the development of the Mustika Gold cooperative.
