Abstract


Prebutan Salamsari Muntilan roads is one of the roads that has direct access to Mount
Merapi. With the abundance of mining products on Mount Merapi, Prebutan Salamsari Muntilan
roads is often traversed by trucks loaded either from the mine or to the mining area.. However,
please note that Prebutan Salamsari Roads is an unplanned road for mining transportation. So it
is necessary to plan a road pavement that aims to determine the thickness and thickness of the
pavement so that trucks can pass through the lane safely.
Prebutan Salamsari roads has several points where the level of damage and planning is
not appropriate. From the survey results, it is known that the length of the route that is often
traversed by mining trucks and trucks around Jalan Prebutan is 1.2 km. With a total of 708 trucks
per day or 920.4 smp/hour. In addition, it is known that the condition of the soil on Prebutan roads
has an average CBR of 9.8302%.
From the results of calculations based on the Bina Marga and Portland Cement
Association (PCA) methods, it was found that the rigid pavement thickness was 30 cm without
reinforcement. Meanwhile, the dowel calculation used a D32 dowel with a length of 450 mm with
a distance of 30 mm. For the Tiebar, a diameter of 12 mm is used with a length of 635 mm and a
distance of 700 mm. From the results of the calculation of the budget plan for the implementation
of the pavement, a fund of Rp. 3,566,945,000,- is required.Keyword: Seepage line, Seepage
