Abstract


Pedestrian bridges generally use reinforced concrete or wood, both of which have disadvantages in terms of cost and implementation, so it is necessary to choose an alternative bridge material.
This study discusses the design of a pedestrian truss bridge using light steel material. The bridge structure analysis method uses SAP 2000 and SNI 7971-2013. Bridge loads using SNI 1725-2016
and SEMPU No. 02/SE/M/2010. This planning is carried out on spans of 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, and 6 meters. The result of this research is that this plan produces a bridge that is light, inexpensive,
and easy to implement. This bridge can withstand a load of 570 kg. The maximum duration of implementation is 7 hours. The implementation method is that the assembly is carried out in another
place and then at the bridge location, just install it. The results of the planning are used as a manual / standard for making pedestrian truss bridges.
